Public Affairs, Marketing, Communications, and Operations Intern

Salary

Min. 400 EUR/month, 36-40hrs per week

You will be working in a cross-function role throughout our Marketing and Communications, Operations and Public Affairs departments. 

From our office in the beautiful city of Prague, you will join a full-time internship programme for MRstudios, the leading provider of Industrial Virtual and Augmented Reality solutions in the manufacturing sector.

You will have the unique opportunity to work in an international team within an exciting and growing market area. 

This internship is an excellent opportunity for 3^rd or 4^th-year students of European Studies, Marketing and Communications, International Business Management, or similar study tracks. You will be enabled to develop yourself in a professional environment with a flat organisational structure.

Starting date

Start any time, for a minimum duration of 2,5 (two and a half) months.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are manyfold and can include, among other items:

Public Affairs

Coordinating internal lobbying meetings
Maintaining the Global Public Affairs database
Improving the department structure
Drafting position papers and fact sheets

Marketing and Communications

Supporting our social media department
Drafting and conceptualising marketing materials
Optimising our agile management system
Supporting the maintenance of both company’s new websites and CMS system

Operations

Assisting in the day-to-day management of the company and the office
Managing internal communications and activities
Supporting department structure and workflow improvements
Assisting in the management of our CRM system and client data
Taking part in internal meetings and taking minutes
Many other ad hoc activities

Qualifications

Student of European Studies, IB, or ICM programme or similar studies (English)
Having an eye for detail and thoroughness in your work (essential)
Good grades and working spirit, proven track record in terms of extracurricular activities, teacher recommendations
Affinity for the digital and manufacturing sector, B2B products and solutions
High integrity and ability to work in a multinational team and environment
Able to prioritise and work independently (we follow agile work methods)
Flexible in terms of time and location
Excellent spoken and written English (English is the working language)
Additional EU language is a plus

Contract and remuneration

We are looking for a student preferably from the beginning of September but any starting time is accepted, for a minimum duration of 2,5 (two and a half) months.

During this full-time internship (36-40 hours), you will be working mostly working on-site, but also have the opportunity to join business trips to client locations around Europe.

We offer around 400 EUR/month or more depending on your qualification/motivation.
