The client and issue
Systemair is a Swedish HVAC company that designs high quality HVAC systems with a focus on hygiene and customisation. As a multi-national company, they attend exhibitions all over the globe.
Previously, each exhibition fell under the jurisdiction of the local branch of Systemair. This meant that designs and processes varied from country-to-country. There was no consistency in the way Systemair was presented to clients around the world. In addition, planning every exhibition locally from scratch presents higher labour and production costs.
Systemair wanted to streamline their exhibition booth design and processes globally.

The solution
The tailored solution is a harmonised booth design concept for all of their exhibitions to be cohesive. The design and concept was created with Systemair’s sustainability objectives and branding in mind. It included elements that can easily be adapted for exhibitions across all their offices, while leaving room for each booth to be unique and stand out.
This is done using comprehensive, easy-to-understand design documents prepared by MRstudios that can be disseminated to the various Systemair offices. They document everything from materials used, to specifications for screens and furniture.

3D renders and animations that help local offices
To launch the new booth design concepts, 3D rendered video was produced by MRstudios. The comparisons within the video to real life can be reproduced 1 to 1 or tailored to the exact specifications of the booths.
Within the design documents are exact descriptions for the materials to recreate a Systemair-branded booth anywhere.
The 3D rendered video serves a dual purpose as a teaser video to create excitement for any exhibition. Announcing attendance at an exhibition while also giving the viewers an idea of what they can expect.
